OUR MISSION:To provide a unique venue for a Chef, to showcase their talent without the worries of running a business. The chef will come in for a minimum of two weeks, no more than one month. He or she will bring their ingredients, their talent and their menu (although we will have a two item menu of NY Strip steak with “frites” and Shrimp Scampi “Provençal” with a salad fixed price at $ 24.00 that will be available all the time).

THE WINNERS: Our guests, They will have the opportunity to try the food of the Chefs who want to “show off” their talent.

  • Food Bar that seats 14 people for the Guest Chef to speak directly with the customers
